Kids and Parents
Our website is intended for users who are 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 years old. If we learn that we have collected the information of a child under 16, we will delete such information from our records.

All New and/or Potential prospects for becoming Gutter Pro USA dealers must verify and follow local laws and ordinances before installing Gutter Pro USA product. Each state requirements must be verified with your local county/city office or building inspector.
Each Dealer is assigned a zip code for distribution of leads through our National Website - gutterprousa.com, however each dealer is allowed to sell GPUSA in any zip code. Additional zip codes can/may be assigned based on performance of said dealer. A minimum of 400 feet sold each 6 months or GPUSA reserves the right to assign a zip code if seller is unable to sell minimum amount. GPUSA reserves the right to remove a dealer based on the following:
-Consumer Complaints concerning sales practices/installation/non delivery of product. Complaints from the State Attorney General of Dealer's State.
-Abuse of GPUSA Logo in a manner that is unbecoming or damaging to GPUSA.
-Non payment of product purchased.
